About the Event

🍂🎨 Join us for The Arts Project’s 4th Annual CHALK ART FEST! Part of our ArtReach initiative, this FREE family-friendly festival brings the arts to 21229 with a spooky twist!

✨ Enjoy and participate in chalk art creations, giveaways, food trucks, face painting, a Halloween costume contest, and (coming soon!) a trunk-or-treat experience. Plus, meet local vendors, community partners, and talented youth artists!

Vendors Wanted!

  • $50 – BYOT Standard Vendor Space Only (Bring Your Own Table)

  • $75 – Full Package (table provided)

  • 10 FREE Spaces available for Youth Artrepreneurs interested in selling their creations
